Delete your data
Balloon Shooting: Bow & Arrow · Hadana Studio
Balloon Shooting has no accounts. The only data we hold that is tied to you is your entry on the Endless and Time Attack rankings. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email danganhhao8a3vts@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data - Balloon Shooting”.
- Include your ranking nickname and your approximate best score. A screenshot of the ranking screen, where your own row is highlighted, helps us find your entry.
- We reply to confirm, and delete your data within 30 days.
On a computer without an email app, use Gmail or copy the address into your email service.
What we delete
- Your entries on every ranking (all-time and weekly, Endless and Time Attack): nickname, best score, bow level and the time of your last update.
- Your anonymous player ID (Firebase Authentication).
- The emails about your request, once it is handled.
What is kept, and for how long
- Ranking entries and player ID: removed from our database right away. Google erases them from its backup systems within 180 days.
- Gameplay statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase): linked only to a random app ID, not to your nickname. Deleted automatically after at most 14 months.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Purchase records: kept by Google Play under Google's own policies. We cannot delete them.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): handled by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Delete what is on your phone
Your progress, coins, settings and nickname are saved only on your device. Uninstall the game, or open Settings > Apps > Balloon Shooting > Storage > Clear storage. The game gets a new anonymous player ID the next time you play.

Balloon Shooting không có tài khoản. Dữ liệu duy nhất gắn với bạn mà chúng tôi lưu là dòng của bạn trên bảng xếp hạng Endless và Time Attack. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá bất cứ lúc nào.
Cách yêu cầu xoá
- Gửi email tới danganhhao8a3vts@gmail.com với tiêu đề “Delete my data - Balloon Shooting”.
- Ghi tên trên bảng xếp hạng và điểm cao nhất (khoảng chừng) của bạn. Ảnh chụp màn hình bảng xếp hạng, nơi dòng của bạn được tô sáng, giúp chúng tôi tìm đúng dòng.
- Chúng tôi trả lời xác nhận và xoá dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày.
Trên máy tính không có ứng dụng email, hãy dùng Gmail hoặc chép địa chỉ vào dịch vụ email của bạn.
Dữ liệu được xoá
- Mọi dòng của bạn trên các bảng xếp hạng (mọi thời đại và hằng tuần, Endless và Time Attack): tên, điểm cao nhất, cấp cung và thời điểm cập nhật cuối.
- Mã người chơi ẩn danh của bạn (Firebase Authentication).
- Các email về yêu cầu của bạn, sau khi xử lý xong.
Dữ liệu được giữ lại và thời hạn
- Dòng xếp hạng và mã người chơi: xoá khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu của chúng tôi ngay. Google xoá khỏi hệ thống sao lưu trong vòng 180 ngày.
- Thống kê lượt chơi (Google Analytics for Firebase): chỉ gắn với một mã ứng dụng ngẫu nhiên, không gắn với tên của bạn. Tự động xoá sau tối đa 14 tháng.
- Báo cáo lỗi (Firebase Crashlytics): tự động xoá sau 90 ngày.
- Lịch sử mua hàng: do Google Play lưu theo chính sách của Google. Chúng tôi không xoá được.
- Dữ liệu quảng cáo (Google AdMob): do Google xử lý. Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá mã quảng cáo trong Cài đặt Android > Google > Quảng cáo (hoặc Cài đặt > Quyền riêng tư > Quảng cáo).
Xoá dữ liệu trên điện thoại
Tiến trình, xu, cài đặt và tên của bạn chỉ lưu trên thiết bị. Gỡ cài đặt game, hoặc mở Cài đặt > Ứng dụng > Balloon Shooting > Bộ nhớ > Xoá bộ nhớ. Lần chơi sau, game sẽ dùng một mã người chơi ẩn danh mới.
